学生起業家、いいよね。でも、私は学生は起業してもいいけどその後でもいいからどこかの企業に所属すべきだと思う。大企業を選べとは言わない。逆に、中小企業を選べとも言わない。ただ、企業という組織に所属すべきだと思う。理由は企業という組織があるからこその環境と、無いときの環境を体験できるから。実際、私は学生の頃ずっとアルバイトをしていたし、新卒から今まで正社員以外に派遣社員や契約社員も経験しているけど、一定額の給与が毎月支払われることが約束されている、何らかの形で組織に所属している立場だった。

フリーランスになり本当の意味の個人になって、自分が企業という枠組みの中でどれだけ守られ、権利を保持でき、何よりも所属している自分に甘えていたことがよく分かった。

学生だって、学校という枠であり組織に守られているんですよ？
